Processing & Quality Control
Post-harvest, careful drying methods are employed, followed by controlled shelling (if required) to prevent damage. The central pillar of our quality control is rigorous, multi-stage Aflatoxin testing, which is crucial for peanuts, alongside precise moisture management and grading based on kernel size and color uniformity. Only batches meeting the strictest safety thresholds are approved for export.
Export Specifications, Applications & Compliance
Technical requirements are highly regulated: Moisture Max 7.0% and Aflatoxin B1 levels strictly controlled below 4 ppb for food use. They are primarily used in snack food production, peanut butter, cooking oil extraction, and confectionery. Compliance is ensured through the mandatory Phytosanitary Certificate and strict adherence to HACCP principles (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) to manage food safety risks.
